Before you begin
What to know before starting.
TeleHeadache serves eligible adults 18 and older who are physically in Florida at the time of care. Symptoms must be appropriate for this service. Basic eligibility is checked before payment, and health coverage can affect enrollment.
No prior headache diagnosis or routine referral is required to begin. You can start with recurring symptoms or an existing diagnosis. A licensed clinician independently reviews your completed assessment.
A licensed clinician reviews your completed assessment within 24 hours. Pharmacy processing, insurance review, and delivery have separate timelines.
A prescription or specific medication is not guaranteed. Your clinician may recommend treatment, more information, video, an in-person evaluation, or another level of care.
Membership includes the initial assessment and standard clinical care. Plans are $39 monthly, $99 every 3 months, or $180 every 6 months and renew until canceled. Medication costs are separate. Optional video is $200 per visit; clinically required video is $75 per visit.
Clinical membership is cash-pay; your pharmacy may use prescription benefits. Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicare with Medicaid, and TRICARE For Life cannot use the standard membership unless an approved separate pathway is confirmed.
