Headache treatment, tailored to you.
Headache care + Medication + Ongoing support
Start online, on your schedule.
Prescriptions depend on clinical review; no specific medication is guaranteed.

01 / Care that fits your life
Three ways we help.
Share your symptoms online. We take it from there.
You do not need a diagnosis to start.
Tell us what you are experiencing and what you have tried.
Headache and migraine care
A clinician reviews your symptoms, history, and treatment goals.
Medication when appropriate
A personalized plan may treat attacks, prevent future headaches, or both.
Ongoing care
Review your progress, side effects, and refill needs with follow-ups.
Treatment approaches
Relief now. Prevention over time.
Your plan may include one or both approaches.
During an attack
Acute treatment
Medicine taken during an attack to help relieve pain and symptoms such as nausea.
Over time
Preventive treatment
Medicine to help reduce frequent or disabling headaches.
02 / Treatment options
Modern migraine medicines, explained simply.
More options for relief and prevention.
Made for migraine
Newer medicines are designed specifically to treat or prevent migraine. Some people have fewer side effects than with older options first developed for other conditions.
A fit for your life
Your clinician weighs relief, side effects, your health history, and cost. Older medicines can still be a good fit, too.
How often you take medication matters.
Frequent use of some headache medicines can worsen headaches. Tell your clinician what you take and how often.
Change or stop medicines only with clinician guidance.
03 / Medication access
From prescription to pharmacy.
We prefer Lake Pharmacy and Jaxx for help with insurance approvals, delivery, and eligible savings. You can choose your own pharmacy.
Medication costs are separate.
Membership covers clinical care. Your pharmacy bills medication separately and may use your prescription insurance.
Our preferred pharmacies help find an appropriate medicine and explore ways to lower your cost.
Coverage, savings, and delivery vary; approval is not guaranteed.
Review insurance eligibility before enrolling →Care with clear limits
The right level of care.
Noncontrolled treatment only.
No controlled substances, including opioids or barbiturate-containing medicines, are prescribed.
Some headaches need more than online treatment.
Some symptoms need video, an examination, testing, or urgent care. Your clinician may recommend another setting.
TeleHeadache does not provide emergency care.
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for a sudden severe headache, new weakness, difficulty speaking, confusion, fainting, seizure, severe injury, or another urgent symptom.
Do I need to choose a medication?
No. Your clinician recommends treatment based on your history, safety, and goals.
What if several medications have not helped?
Tell us what you tried and any side effects. That history helps guide the next option.
Is medication included in membership?
No. Medication and pharmacy costs are separate from membership.
