About TeleHeadache

Headache care, easier to reach.

Built by neurologists who saw the need for a simpler way to get headache care.

Neurologist-founded · Online access 24/7

TeleHeadache provides online care only when clinically appropriate and does not provide emergency services.

The principles behind our care

01

Access.

A more direct place to begin.

02

Guidance.

A clinician helps you choose the next step.

03

Continuity.

A care pathway that keeps the history.

Every treatment decision remains a clinical decision.

01 / Meet the founders

Three neurologists. One shared purpose.

In clinics and hospitals, our founders saw patients waiting months for headache care. They built TeleHeadache to make care easier to reach.

Answer online, receive clinician review, and get treatment when appropriate.

Access

A more direct place to begin.

Start on your schedule. No routine referral or live appointment when clinically appropriate.

Understanding the pattern

Your headache story matters.

Your history and experience guide your clinician’s next step.

A structured history is not enough for every patient. Your clinician may recommend an in-person examination, testing, another specialist, or urgent evaluation.

Our principles

Convenience. With clinical responsibility.

Care shaped around you

Your history, preferences, and safety guide treatment.

Independent judgment

Technology organizes your history. A licensed clinician makes every treatment decision. Diagnosis and prescriptions are not guaranteed.

Continuity and privacy

Tracking, refill review, and limited messaging support ongoing care in your portal. Refills require active membership and clinical review.

03 / Safety by design

Knowing when
online care is not enough.

Your clinician reviews warning signs, medicines, allergies, and health conditions, including pregnancy or breastfeeding.

TeleHeadache does not prescribe controlled substances, including opioids or barbiturate-containing medications.

TeleHeadache does not provide emergency care.

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for a sudden severe headache, new weakness, difficulty speaking, confusion, fainting, seizure, severe injury, or other urgent symptoms.

Beyond the prescription

Support beyond the prescription.

Our preferred pharmacies can help with insurance approval and delivery. You may also use your regular pharmacy.

TeleHeadache provides cash-pay clinical care, not pharmacy or insurance services. Pharmacies fulfill prescriptions; insurers determine coverage. Messaging is not immediate or emergency care. Video visits cost extra.
